Maxwell MacKenzie appointed Technical Sales Representative, Vancouver Island & Derek Page appointed Technical Sales Representative, Mainland British Columbia – Target Specialty Products
PITT MEADOWS, BC – Target Specialty Products is pleased to announce the appointment of Maxwell MacKenzie to its Turf & Ornamental (T&O) division as
Technical Sales Representative for Vancouver Island beginning October 1, 2026.
MacKenzie succeeds Gregor Kowalski, who is retiring at the end of 2026. He will
report directly to Josh Seibel, T&O Sales Manager for Western Canada.
MacKenzie brings an extensive background in turfgrass management to the role,
most recently serving on the Turfcare team at Uplands Golf Club in Victoria. His
industry experience includes serving as Golf Course Superintendent at
Kananaskis Country Golf Course, spending several years at Cordova Bay Golf
Course in Victoria, and working a season at the historic St Andrews Links in
Scotland.

Target Specialty Products is pleased to announce the appointment of Derek Page to its Turf & Ornamental (T&O) division as Technical Sales Representative for Mainland British Columbia beginning October 1, 2026. In this role, Page will report directly to Josh Seibel, T&O Sales Manager for Western Canada.
Page brings a robust background in turfgrass management to the Target team. Most recently, he served as the Assistant Superintendent at GreenTee Country Club - Westwood Plateau. His international experience includes managing premium turf in Australia at the prestigious Royal Melbourne Golf Club and Victoria Golf Club. Earlier in his career, he spent several years as the 2nd Assistant Superintendent at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Course after beginning his career in the industry at the Toronto Golf Club.
